Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations and technical oversight of 6 Netstal injection molding machines, 3 Sacmi compression cap molding machines, and 1 Husky machine.

• Design and execute a robust preventive maintenance program to maximize machine uptime and minimize breakdowns.

• Optimize production efficiency while maintaining top-tier product quality and output targets.

• Oversee procurement of spare parts, tools, and equipment – ensuring cost-effective and timely availability.

• Implement continuous improvement projects that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance plant performance.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

• 10+ years of experience in a senior engineering or maintenance management role within a manufacturing setting.

• Mandatory experience with Netstal injection molding machines.

• Proven track record in maintenance, production management, procurement, and project delivery.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
