Our client, a prestigious 5-star hotel nestled in the heart of Zanzibar, is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to take charge of the property’s full operations and drive excellence in guest experience, profitability, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel departments to ensure seamless, top-tier operations

• Deliver outstanding guest satisfaction and service standards

• Drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and meet financial targets

• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management

• Ensure legal, health, and operational compliance

• Collaborate with marketing to boost brand visibility and market share

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management (Master’s degree is a plus)

• Proven track record of 7+ years as a General Manager in a 5-star property

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills

• Strong financial and strategic acumen

• Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office

• Minimum 7 years in a senior GM role at a luxury hotel/resort
• Require valid passport

NET SALARY

4500 USD per month plus performance incentive, dependent on experience and qualification
