Our client, a respected name in the property industry, is in need of a dedicated and well-organised PA & Office Administrator to support their General Manager and oversee day-to-day office operations. What the Role Involves:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception & Office Coordination

  • Greet clients and manage front desk operations with professionalism
  • Handle all incoming calls, voicemails, and messages—accurately and courteously
  • Coordinate mail, couriers, and deliveries, ensuring everything is logged and directed correctly
  • Keep the reception and office areas neat, presentable, and well maintained
  • Manage bookings for boardrooms and assist with meeting preparations
  • Order office supplies and stationery across multiple sites
  • Oversee basic office upkeep, including plants and equipment functionality

 

Support to the General Manager (PA Duties)

  • Full management of diary and meeting schedules
  • Prepare documents, take minutes, and track follow-ups
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the GM
  • Arrange snacks, catering, and meeting essentials
  • Assist with office-related logistics like furniture, art, and equipment maintenance
  • Coordinate with municipal offices when needed

 

Team & Admin Support

  • Assist departments with general admin or overflow work
  • Check mobile claims and manage delivery logs for the office
  • Supervise the office cleaner and help maintain a productive, polished workspace
  • Provide support to the broader regional team when required

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric + Diploma (Office Admin, Secretarial, or relevant field)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Reception, PA, or Office Admin role
  • Solid admin background in a corporate or property-related environment

Technical Know-How:

  • Confident computer skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication
  • Experience managing couriers, stock, and boardroom scheduling

 

Must have

  • Valid Driver’s license coupled with own vehicle

Package & Remuneration

Salary: R15 000 – R22 000 per month dependent qualification and skill
