This role is for you if :

Some of the core duties include
- Prepare and onboard new client investments
- Liaise continuously with internal and external providers to ensure implementation of and completion of investment admin process
- Preparation of client review packs for signature and approval
- Liaise with clients directly where necessary
- Compile proposal documents
- FICA/FAIS compliance
- Organise, support wealth manager towards excellence
You will ideally have :
- Experience in an administrative context where compliance is important : FICA/FAIS and similar
- Investment/private banking/legal/academic/insurance/EB
- Experience supporting a technical professional – financial planning/broker assistant or similar
- A relevant tertiary qualification will ensure you learn fast if you have some background in finance/ investments
