  • One (1) onboarding consultation per month for three (3) months (one hour each)

  • All services in Premium package
  • Three (3) DISC profiles for the top three candidates selected by the Client after interviews. Includes profile feedback
  • One (1) feedback session with the Service Provider to support final decision-making
  • One (1) client profile and S.W.O.T. analysis included
  • Service is provided solely if Strategic Talent Solutions is used as the exclusive recruitment supplier for the role.
  • A non-refundable upfront fee of 20% of the total placement fee is payable before the commencement of services. This fee is allocated to services rendered.
  • The balance is payable upon the successful candidate’s start date.

Remote Skilled SA Talent

USD5700per placement (excl tax)

1. Kickoff Deposit – $2,850 USD
We begin each search with a deposit of $2,850 USD, allowing us to initiate the process and start introducing you to qualified candidates. This deposit is applied toward your final recruiting fee.

2. Final Hiring Fee – $5,700 USD (Less Deposit)
Once you sign an offer with your new team member, we charge a final fee of $5,700 USD, minus your deposit.

3. 3-Month Perfect-Hire Guarantee
We stand behind every hire. If you’re not satisfied with your new team member’s performance within the first 3 months, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost.
