2.1 Basic Permanent Talent Sourcing Services
- Job Description development
- Advertising through appropriate channels
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Preliminary interviews
- Candidate CVs
- Video profiles of presented candidates
- Video references for shortlisted candidates
- Shortlisting of qualified candidates
- One (1) free replacement if the candidate resigns or is dismissed within the first 3 months
- Background checks available at an additional cost
- One (1) client profile and S.W.O.T. analysis included
- Excludes DISC profiling and onboarding consultations
2.2 Premium Permanent Talent Sourcing Services
- All services in Basic package
- One (1) DISC profile for the successful candidate. Includes feedback
- One (1) onboarding consultation per month for three (3) months (one hour each)
- One (1) client profile and S.W.O.T. analysis included
2.3 Premium Plus Permanent Talent Sourcing Services
- All services in Premium package
- Three (3) DISC profiles for the top three candidates selected by the Client after interviews. Includes profile feedback
- One (1) feedback session with the Service Provider to support final decision-making
- One (1) client profile and S.W.O.T. analysis included
- Service is provided solely if Strategic Talent Solutions is used as the exclusive recruitment supplier for the role.
- A non-refundable upfront fee of 20% of the total placement fee is payable before the commencement of services. This fee is allocated to services rendered.
- The balance is payable upon the successful candidate’s start date.
2.4 Fixed-Term Talent Sourcing Services
- Job Description development

- Candidate CVs
- Video profiles of presented candidates
- Video references for shortlisted candidates

- DISC profiling and onboarding available as an optional add-on at a once-off fee of R4,500
2.5 Outsourced Talent Partnership
- Talent strategy and planning
- Job description and hiring briefs
- Advertising and campaign management
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting
- Video profiles and video references for candidates
- Reference and optional background checks (extra cost)
- Monthly reporting and updates
- Ongoing talent advisory support
- POPIA-compliant data handling
- One (1) DISC profile for each successful candidate
- One (1) onboarding consultation per month for three (3) months
- One (1) free replacement within the first 3 months if a candidate leaves
2.6 Independent Contractor Sourcing Services
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Preliminary interviews
- Candidate CVs and/or profiles
- One (1) onboarding consultation (one hour)
- Video references where available
- Optional background checks (additional cost)
- Once-off finder’s fee of R15,000 payable before the contractor’s start date
3.1 Permanent Placement Fees
- Basic: 12% of candidate’s annual salary package (Excl. VAT)
- Premium: 15% of candidate’s annual salary package (Excl. VAT)
- Premium Plus: 18% of candidate’s annual salary package (Excl. VAT)
- Includes a non-refundable 20% deposit upfront; the balance is due on the candidate’s start date
- Only applicable if Strategic Talent Solutions is the exclusive recruitment partner for the role
3.2 Fixed-Term Contract Fees
- 12% of the total salary for the contract duration (Excl. VAT)
- Optional DISC profiling and onboarding add-on: R4,500 once-off
3.3 Outsourced Talent Partnership
- 6-Month Agreement: R46,000/month (Total R280,000 for 5 placements)
- 12-Month Agreement: R42,000/month (Total R500,000 for 10 placements)
- Monthly payment due by the 30th of each month
3.4 Independent Contractor Fee
- R15,000 once-off (Excl. VAT), payable before the contractor’s start date
3.5 Non-Refundable Administration Fee

R5,000 per job role (Excl. VAT) – not applicable to Premium Plus placements

4. COMPENSATION TERMS
- All payments are to be made in South African Rand (ZAR) via EFT within 7 days of invoice.
- Late payments incur interest at 2% per month.
- Legal fees for overdue collections are payable by the Client.
- Services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- The 20% deposit for Premium Plus services is non-refundable and used to cover rendered services.
Services are deemed complete when:
- A shortlist of qualified candidates is submitted
- Each candidate includes a CV, video profile, and references
- References have been reviewed
Confirmation of completion will be issued in writing. The Client must respond within 7 calendar days. Failure to do so will constitute acceptance.
- One (1) free replacement within the first three (3) months if the candidate resigns or is dismissed
- No guarantee in case of restructuring, closure, retrenchment, or role change
- Written notice of termination required within 90 days of candidate’s start date
- Additional replacements billed per mutual agreement
Both parties shall treat all business, personal, and proprietary information as confidential and shall not disclose such information without prior written consent unless legally required.

Both parties agree to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Each party is responsible for the lawful processing, securing, and reporting of any data breaches.
This Agreement remains valid until all services are completed or terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice. The Client shall be liable for any fees incurred before termination.
11.1 Payment Terms: All invoices are payable within (7) days from the date of receipt. If payment is not received within this period, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per month, calculated from the due date until payment is made unless otherwise specified.
11.2 Legal Costs: The Client agrees to reimburse the Service Provider for any legal costs or other expenses incurred in the collection of overdue invoices.
12.1 Limitation of Liability: The Service Provider’s liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services under this Agreement.
12.2 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall remain liable for payment of any fees for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
13.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
14.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Agency and the Client with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
14.2 Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
